  • Lt Gen Mark Milley formally identified the attacker as Specialist Ivan Lopez, 34, who later shot himself.

    U.S. Army says there is a "strong possibility" a gunman who killed three people at a Texas base was involved in a row before the shooting. The attacker was identified as Specialist Ivan Lopez, who later shot himself.
