U.S. President Donald Trump’s Twitter account @realdonaldtrump was down for 11 minutes on Thursday after it was deactivated by an outgoing employee at the social media company.

The incident raised questions over the security of the president’s account, stirring speculations that posts falsely attributed to Trump could be published, notes the BBC.
