Australian company Euclideon may have ended a long waiting period for sci-fi lovers, who have been keen to lay their hands on true hologram tables where they could interact with illusions in a shared space with other users.

The company has unveiled what it calls the “world’s first true multi-user hologram table” that lets four users to interact with holographic images wearing a small set of glasses, writes New Atlas.

The prototype, which offers eight perspectives on a hologram, a key to maintaining the illusion for multiple users, will hit the markets in 2018, notes My Broadband
