Uganda calls for troop deployment in S. Sudan

Uganda's military chief called for an urgent deployment of regional troops to enforce a faltering cease-fire in war-torn South Sudan, where Ugandan troops are helping the country's beleaguered President Salva Kiir try to end a five-month conflict.
