E.U.: Crimea tension will not hurt Iran nuke talks

Iran and six world powers met Tuesday to continue negotiations towards a nuclear deal, amid heightened diplomatic tensions over Russia's involvement in Ukraine. Russia and Western states have had major differences in the past over how to deal with Iran.
