Global internet speeds strengthen

Akamai Technologies' 'State of the Internet' report shows an average increase in global internet speeds by about 10%. The top five countries with the highest speeds are Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Israel. The adoption of IPv6 is still slow.
