Hollande critic dumps manure at parliament

French president François Hollande is facing a scandal over an alleged affair, a dangerously low approval rating, and a stagnant economy. The tons of manure dumped at the national parliament building by a so-far anonymous critic constitute another, and possibly very harmful, public humiliation.
