Machar demands release of detainees

Former South Sudan vice president Riek Machar wants the Kirr government to free 11 detainees held since december over an alleged coup plot. The two nations have been wrangling at talks held in Ethopia as fighting continues, with more than 200,000 displaced since the conflict began.
