Fiat boss points to 2014 Chrysler IPO

Sergio Marchionne, head of Italian carmaker Fiat said that its U.S. unit Chrysler's initial public offering in New York could take place in the first quarter of 2014. Fiat owns 58.5% of Chrysler and wants to buy the remaining stake, held by labor union-affiliated healthcare trust VEBA, though the two cannot agree terms.
