China faced the largest cyberattack in its history, according to officials. Users became aware of slow response times on early Sunday morning. The first attack at 2 a.m. was followed by another at 4 a.m. The attack was of the denial of service type, meaning the attackers flooded websites with requests causing them to become unresponsive.
