Ubuntu now available for Android smartphones

As a traditionally desktop PC-based operating system, Ubuntu will make its way to Android smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone is the first device on which users will be able to replace Android, but analysts wonder if users will actually want the same OS on their phones as their laptops. Businesses will find the crossover of desktop-to-phone OS an easy way to perform mobile device management with mobile employees.
