After the Supreme Court rejected President Porfirio Lobo's plan to clean up the corrupt national police force, the legislature dismissed them, a move the Attorney General says is illegal. With Lobo expressing fear of a coup and the military and police forces looming, there is great potential for the situation to spiral out of control.
