  • Michael Fertik, founder and CEO of Reputation.com, stated that there are two kinds of innovation in today’s tech world: the faster, better, cheaper kind, and the Brave New World kind. “Faster, better, cheaper,” promises to do what another company did in a different way (i.e. Google and Facebook). “Brave New World” means that innovation will change the way the world works (IBM, Amazon, etc.). “Brave New World” innovation is more high –risk, and the outcomes are more “magical and marvelous,” according to Fertik at the Blouin Creative Leadership Summit.
