Every now and then Dubai pulls out a trick to turn the world green with envy. This time, the city of man-made wonders is gearing up to host the world’s first rotating and shape-shifting skyscraper designed by architect David Fisher of Dynamic Architecture.

The 80-story structure, dubbed the Dynamic Tower, would feature voice-activated technology allowing the occupants to rotate a floor 360 degrees in both directions just by speaking, notes CNN.

The tower, expected to be completed by 2020, will be powered by 79 wind turbines sandwiched horizontally between floors and rooftop solar panels, writes Deccan Chronicle
