Ironing is a plainly repulsive chore for most people, and two young innovators, Rohan Kamdar and Trevor Kerth, have had the taste of the dullness too. But the inventor duo chose to do more than just lamenting the boring nature of work by developing the world’s first domestic automated ironing machine, named Effie.

Effie features a sleek body that fits any corner of the room and can iron out 12 pieces of clothing within three minutes in just a click of a button, writes Design Boom.

Effie can handle a variety of fabrics including polyester, cotton, silk, viscose, denim, and more, saving about 95% time spent on ironing besides saving you all the mental anguish, notes Digital Trends.
