Livid with “deranged” Trump, N. Korea aims at H-bomb test

In an unprecedented personal address televised on state media, North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un derided U.S. President Donald Trump as a “mentally deranged dotard,” further heating up the war of words sparked just hours back by Trump’s U.N. speech.

Trump had called the N. Korean leader “a rocket man on a suicide mission,” prompting a fresh volley of rhetoric from the other side, writes the BBC. In his latest address, Kim used Trump’s acerbic remarks as an excuse to justify his weapons expansion programs    .

N. Korea’s Foreign Minister, Ri Yong Ho, scheduled to address the U.N. General Assembly at the weekend, said Pyongyang may consider a hydrogen bomb test in the Pacific Ocean, notes Reuters
