With the population of so-called global urban nomads estimated to hit one billion by 2035, a hotel in Amsterdam is making the first moves as a co-working and co-living hub for location agnostic professionals.

Zoku, the hybrid hotel, has teamed up with global co-working bigwig WeWork to transform its office space into a “fluid” environment with shared office and home equipment that facilitate working and socializing, writes Tree Hugger.

Zoku bagged the 2015 Radical Innovation Award for its innovative approach disrupting the hotel industry and for introducing a concept that promotes hubs of creativity by connecting nomad professionals in an affable environment, notes Hospitality Net.
