Amid uncertainty over its business, the U.K. airline EasyJet has decided that it will set up a European base in Austria post-Brexit, a move that will allow the company to keep operating flights within the E.U. even if Britain loses access to the continent’s “open skies.”

Setting up a new company and re-registering the entire framework in Vienna may cost EasyJet about £10m, which adds up to the losses it has suffered due to currency devaluation triggered by Brexit vote, writes the BBC.

The company, however, assured that its 1,000 staff across Britain would not be affected by this restructuring, notes The Guardian.
