TrackR, a humble, tiny tracking device developed by a California-based startup, serves as good as an expensive G.P.S. system when it comes to locating your lost items. The coin-sized gadget pairs up with a companion app on the user’s smartphone and can be attached to virtually anything from cars to keys.
TrackR application features an intuitive interface, allowing a user to easily and quickly get the coordinates of the lost item, writes Comparisons.org. Priced at $29, the gadget involves no installation charges or monthly fees.
One of the exciting features of TrackR is its “Crowd G.P.S.” network, which sends the user a “last seen” update whenever some other TrackR user comes within 100ft. of their lost item, reports Trynding.
